By booking or using the services offered by Golden Sand Cruisers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, verified email, or authorized booking partners.

Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your reservation, depending on the service type.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash (in AED or agreed currency).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Payments made online are processed through secure third-party gateways. Golden Sand Cruisers does not store or have access to your card details.

2. Cancellations and Refund Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation:

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

Guests who fail to appear for their scheduled tour (no-shows) are not eligible for a refund.

Company-Initiated Cancellation:

In the event of bad weather, technical issues, or operational concerns, we may cancel or reschedule a tour. Guests will receive either a full refund or an alternative booking of equal value.

3. Travel Documents and Responsibility

Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification, permits, or visas when required.

Golden Sand Cruisers is not responsible for denied entry, missing documents, or any travel-related issues.

4. Health, Safety & Liability

Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements before booking.

Certain activities (such as dune bashing, sand buggy rides, or quad biking) are not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with back or heart conditions, or children under the age of 12.

Golden Sand Cruisers and its staff are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or accident arising from personal negligence, third-party services, or unforeseen circumstances.

Guests participating in adventure or high-risk activities may be required to sign a liability waiver before the tour begins.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, routes, or schedules due to weather, safety, or operational needs.

If a specific service or experience becomes unavailable, we will provide a comparable alternative at no additional cost.

6. Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, guides, fellow travelers, and the local culture.

Golden Sand Cruisers reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests engaging in unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior without refund.

All content, logos, images, videos, and promotional materials created or used by Golden Sand Cruisers are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
